Though I live in OP and Ted only services the Lawrence area, he called me back promptly and spent a full 15 minutes to help me diagnose the issues with my fridge and how best to solve them with absolutely nothing in it for him. Ted, you're amazing! Please reconsider your service area. We need you in OP!!!!

Ted did a great job servicing granddaughters dryer. He was able to diagnose the problem was back few days later with the parts . Was very professional, polite, and showed up for the job within the timeframe given. He went out of his way to come back a couple of days later to replace some hoses on the washer that he noticed needed to be maintained! Thank you Ted, we have found our go to appliance repairman!

Ted has performed amazing 'fixes' on my Kitchen Aid Refrigerator and my Maytag washer. I struggled finding someone knowledgeable, conscientious, and courteous to assist with my washing machine. Not only did he finish the job in a timely manner, but also diagnosed the problem over the phone, during our initial conversation. I really can't recommend him highly enough.....and YES, I will use him again!
