you’re better off going somewhere else if you care about customer service and kindness. i csme here to see if i can get sneakers patched up in the front. he was very rude and didn’t come up with any solutions (all i needed were two holes sewn up and a little bit of glue) it made me feel very bad about the quality of my sneakers so i decided to go somewhere else on jamaica ave and they were able to help me with great customer service. Teddy’s shop may be “back” but maybe it should’ve stayed gone.
