Techy Charles Town - Inside Walmart Buy/Repair/Sell under NEW MANAGEMENT!!

We needed an iPad screen replaced. We waited for 10 minutes and finally asked a Walmart employee if it was open. They said the guy usually closes the store if he is going to be gone long and then said, “There he is at the ATM.” He saw us and didn’t say a word. We waited 10 more minutes and he still didn’t come back inside the store and was just at the atm. So we decided to take our business elsewhere. As we were leaving he saw us and still didn’t say a word. If he would have been nice and spoke and said I will be a few minutes or something we would have stayed. Very unprofessional and honestly just rude.

Had a good experience in store. Talked to the guy about how it seems the screen isn’t all the way in. He checked and said “I don’t hear clicking which means it’s in.” As he is the professional, I trust that. It’s now been 5 days later and the top corner of my screen is now out of the phone frame. It still works, however, when pressed on it I do hear the clicking. I plan to go back to the store in two days from now. I will update my experience. Hopefully they can help me. Silly me didn’t get a receipt 😅🥴 Update: the gentlemen there are so polite and helpful! They listened when I explained the issue and immediately fixed the problem. Definitely will be coming back if I ever need them again!
