Took my iPad Pro to Techy due to a damaged battery. It took him some time to figure out the issue and get the micro soldering done but got it fixed and kept me updated the whole time. The new battery failed and I took it back in within 2 days and I wasn’t met with any resistance. Techy fixed the minor issue and my daughter’s iPad is operating perfectly. Very professional and would highly recommend.
Very helpful and communicative, I had an amazing experience at this phone store! The staff were super helpful, patient, and really knew their stuff. They took the time to explain all my options and helped me find the perfect phone and plan without pushing anything I didn’t need.
We needed an iPad screen replaced. We waited for 10 minutes and finally asked a Walmart employee if it was open. They said the guy usually closes the store if he is going to be gone long and then said, “There he is at the ATM.” He saw us and didn’t say a word. We waited 10 more minutes and he still didn’t come back inside the store and was just at the atm. So we decided to take our business elsewhere. As we were leaving he saw us and still didn’t say a word. If he would have been nice and spoke and said I will be a few minutes or something we would have stayed. Very unprofessional and honestly just rude.
Had a good experience in store. Talked to the guy about how it seems the screen isn’t all the way in. He checked and said “I don’t hear clicking which means it’s in.” As he is the professional, I trust that. It’s now been 5 days later and the top corner of my screen is now out of the phone frame. It still works, however, when pressed on it I do hear the clicking. I plan to go back to the store in two days from now. I will update my experience. Hopefully they can help me. Silly me didn’t get a receipt 😅🥴 Update: the gentlemen there are so polite and helpful! They listened when I explained the issue and immediately fixed the problem. Definit... I went in and came out in a matter of 30 mins they fixed my phone very quickly and it was very cheap. The customer server is amazing and they told me everything that was wrong and what I needed in the future. I highly recommend and I will Most definitely be back for me fixes
