Tech Wiz Repairs

Went here to get my PS5 fixed. Was originally told it would take at the longest 2-3 weeks. Ended up being 3 months before my PlayStation was fixed. Along with this, I received very little updates on the progress of the repair, or even what was going on. They claimed they mislabeled a shipping sticker once, another time had a delay in shipping it out which is why it took 3 months. Not sure if they were very busy and just overwhelmed with repairs, but I was very underwhelmed with my service here. Just had them replace my camera and back glass on my cell phone. Took less than 15 minutes. Nice and friendly. Good to work with. Definitely use their service again if needed.

This place is great. The repair service here is amazing. The person helping me was very knowledgeable and offered me different options for service even though it may have been more cost effective to replace the items I brought to him. Was very up front and kept me informed when something was going to change in price and didn't try to spring anything on me. Very honest hard worker. Thanks for all your help.

I had a Xbox Series X HDMI port fixed here today and paid for same day repair, I was able to drop it off at 4:30PM and the man who was working, I forgot his name but he was really chill (sorry about forgetting). Anyway it only took a little over an hour for it to be done and I was really impressed. Very smart guy, I dont know if there are anymore workers in the back but thank you for fixing my HDMI port.
