Chad is a liar and will try to screw you over. When we walked the area I had mentioned wanting 2 access points and where. Was quoted $9500. When they show up the "contract" they had showed only 20ft of pvc with an extra charge of 15$ per ft and 175$ for an additional access point. Funny thing is the "contract" didn't have my signature. He said i only mentioned wanting one access point and that I moved the power pole both lies. I went to the office and asked for my folder with all the paper work and in the folder is the drawing of what I wanted and no "contract" with my signature stating i wanted only one access point. Blake Cotton went above and beyond with helping get our pump going during this freeze. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable and would find a solution to the problem without a hint of wanting to give up. We were in a bind and he got us fixed up and the whole time never complained even though it felt like ice outside. This is someone who I see brings value to the company and is an obvious asset.
