Chad is a liar and will try to screw you over. When we walked the area I had mentioned wanting 2 access points and where. Was quoted $9500. When they show up the "contract" they had showed only 20ft of pvc with an extra charge of 15$ per ft and 175$ for an additional access point. Funny thing is the "contract" didn't have my signature. He said i only mentioned wanting one access point and that I moved the power pole both lies. I went to the office and asked for my folder with all the paper work and in the folder is the drawing of what I wanted and no "contract" with my signature stating i wanted only one access point. They robbed me of my $1425 deposit and saying they will not work with me because i dont honor the "contract I signed" The contract presented to me at the time was changed and it was a physical one. The picture you provided was not the contract I signed. That signature is a digital signature and doesn't match my writing style or my signature. I believe you are being manipulated by Chad and he forged my signature on the picture he sent you if you look at it closely you can see it's been altared. Look at the E on my first name and also my last name and compare it to the dgar part of my first name. Its doesn't even match. Sam I belive you to be a decent person based on the conversation we had and are trying to run a good company but Chad is a liar and scamer who possibly did something you wouldn't have approved off and doesn't want to get in trouble to go as far as to forge my signature. If your not involved in his scheme I suggest you take a look at his hand writing and compare it to my said "signature" Final update. Sam has issued me a full refund of my deposit. He's an all around good person and does try to run an honest company the main problem was Chad. Its not his fault some bad workers make it into jobs they shouldn't have. Because of the refund and the way he handled the situation without screaming back at me and I honestly feel hes a good person im changing my rating to 4 stars. I cant comment on the service just be warry of chad.
