Very helpful, friendly staff and dedicated service. I was able to receive the help I needed to order the right part for my phone. The repair was very quick and the attendant made it known to customers that entered the store after me that he was working to complete my repair service first before beginning the next repair. I appreciated that he dedicated his time to finish repairs in order rather than start several jobs at once, increasing the repair time for each. These guys are usually fantastic (I am a loyal customer), but I was disappointed this time not to be fully refunded for a repair that failed within a few days - by which time I unfortunately had flown to another country and was in need of an immediate re-repair of my phone; so I could not take them up on their 90 day warranty. It would be good for the company to have a policy of making exceptions for exceptional circumstances.

I was delighted to get the hardware on my i-Phone fixed in a local business in 45 minutes, while I waited, and at a very affordable price, instead of handing my phone to Apple to send out for a week or more. James outlined options, asked my preferences, and provided exceptional service. He knows his stuff! My phone battery died suddenly and I had no use of my phone. I took my phone to the Chapel Hill location. They had the battery in stock and replaced it while I waited. James provided prompt and excellent service and the fee was very reasonable. I would definitely return in the future and would highly recommend this business. So grateful to have a working phone again.
