TCM Restoration

I lost a pretty large portion of my roof to Decembers windstorm and was struggling to find help. I figured I would see if TCM could tarp my roof off until I could find a roofer. To my surprise, I was told I could get repairs from them. Wayne was quick and responsive. I had quite a bit of exposed sheeting and was about to get knee surgery. Wayne was able to accommodate me and get me right in the books. Their sub showed up a few days later and took care of the back 1/2 of my roof in a below zero snow storm. I was very appreciative of their crew getting this done. They didn’t come back for a few days due to the weather. When they did, I was on crutches and asked if I should move my vehicle, I was told nope it won’t be an issue. Their crew pegged my vehicle with multiple shingles and put some pretty gaping scratches in it. A few days went by and I started finding 1000s of nails on my lower portion of my roof and my driveway. There was also a considerable amount of debris left behind. I had also noticed that they knocked my roof vent off for my bathroom and just membraned right over it without telling us. Always nice to have your bathroom vent to the underside of what is protecting your roof. I figured I would call to get help and was sent over to my project manager, Alex. He said they would take care of it. They came out the next day and apparently fixed my roof vent. Im still picking up nails by the 100s, my car is still messed up, and I get zero follow up. After recommending a bunch of people to TCM over the last 7 years, I will not be doing that again…I’m grateful for the work but not for what followed.

It was a pleasure working with Joel. He's been extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and was quick to answer back when I needed to speak with him. Cris and Madi were amazing! They showed up on time and got to work extremely quick, they also got the job finished a lot quicker than I had expected! I'd recommend your company to everyone. I really appreciate your help with fixing my issue at my home. It took them just a few days from getting in contact with them to finishing the job which I am so thankful for!
