They are terrific, I called at 7:30am and they picked up and had Tim out to my house by 10am to fix my problem. He called to tell me when he would be there, He was polite and so knowledgeable. He is having Preston follow up tomorrow to make sure everything works well. I could not be happier with the service Sweets always gives!
Tim did an outstanding job. Great costumer service, and did amazing work communicating what was going on and what he could do to solve my issue.
