Sun Bear’s staff has been readily available and responsive to our questions and needs. The property is very well-maintained, and the maintenance team has handled any repairs expeditiously and professionally. It has been an excellent rental experience.

We have been using Sun Bear for almost 4 years. We are property owners of a duplex, in which they manage one side, as a long term rental. We have had 2 problem tenants; one when we first purchased our property, and one in 2023. On both occasions, Sun Bear staff expeditiously addressed the issues and took appropriate action. We were kept apprised of their course of action every step of the way. The later tenant was very high maintenance and consistently made unreasonable requests and complaints which could never be verified. Amazing stay through Sun Bear Realty! The property was absolutely beautiful with gorgeous views of the lake! Everything was clean and in great condition. Office staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would book another stay with any Sun Bear property anytime!
