Sub-Zero Viking Repair

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They charged me over $2600 to install a $247 part (about an hour labor). They charged to clean the fan on my refrigerator, when other companies will do this as a matter of course when servicing the unit. They also charged a $250 trip charge. After all this I am still left with a refrigerator that stopped working 3 hours after they left and is unusable. Their offer was to remove the part they replaced and install another exorbitantly marked up part to see if that will solve the problem. I can’t take any more chances with this unethical company. When I approached them in writing, they stated they are happy with their pricing and customer service.

I am impressed with the outstanding I received from Subzero & Viking. They recently repaired my oven, and the entire experience was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I contacted them, their customer service was prompt, friendly, and professional. The technicians arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and carried out the repair with great skill and care. My oven is now working perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s rare to find a company that combines expertise, reliability, and genuine dedication to customer satisfaction, but they delivered all that and more.

First off , finding and dealing with repairmen, in general or contractors, is always difficult, very long and expensive. I went with subzero viking repair for two reasons. 1. The company actually specialize in subzero refrigerators with a flawless track record from my friends who have used them. 2 working as a chef and starting a catering company , bespoke catering, we have a commitment and oath to quality above exceptional food service and safety. temperatures, constant precise cooling, humidity , and exact temperatures. and clean air needs for aging meats, fermenting and lack of contamintation or funky lingering smells. Given that our main kitchen is located between greenwood and ballard, I also usually deal with very high predatory pricing. In a pinch I called up sub 0 Viking repairs because our very high-end equipment, makes it necessary that we have nothing but the best quality repair and monitoring as well as proactive Maintenance on all of our tools and cooking and storing mediums. The price of a pacojet, thermomix ,vacuum sealer, sous vide etc. Are about the cost of a year of rent . Not only did we get a more than competent repair tech named Ed, helpful proficient and very personable , my coworker wanted his number lol. but we also were not faced with an absolutely ridiculous bill, even though we have high end equipment they are definitely, and I can't stress this enough. A very niche and special quality control and repair high-end appliance business that I recommend for anyone who actually care about the longevity and quality of their appliances . At the end of the day quality and speed with a reasonable price are what I look for when it comes to my finances and companies they provided that for me in spades.
