Strokers Diesel Performance & Repair

Thank You for going above and beyond the call of duty. One of my trucks broke down late Tuesday the week of Thanksgiving outside Pine Bluff on the Interstate and it was over 170 miles to my shop. I called Stroker's Diesel and they towed me in and even though they originally said they couldn't even look at it till Monday because they were booked up and about to be off for Thanksgiving holiday they spent all day running around town gathering the parts to get me going and spent the whole day fixing my truck. My driver was able to get home about 10:30 PM on Wed night and spend Thanksgiving with his family. When I paid the bill even though I didn't know anyone in the area, the Lord directed me to them and they were fair with the price. Thank you Zeb and crew! I would definitely recommend them. Great diesel shop!

Our auto repair shop in Monticello is capable of servicing all makes and models. This is a direct quote from their website. Well I’m pretty sure a 2005 Ford F-350 falls into that category. So does a 7.3 and a 6.4. I saw a reply from these people to a review saying parts for older vehicles are hard to find…what? Not for my truck. Not for a 6.4 either. So what’s the issue? Is it because these engines are known to have problems? But isn’t that the whole point of a repair shop? I think it would be more fitting if your website read “Our auto repair shop in Monticello is capable of servicing only the most reliable makes and models.” Then you wouldn’t be quite so misleading.
