While searching on the internet, and making a few calls on a Sunday he was one of the people that stated he could possibly get me in today. Phoned him and said hey something is wrong with my car it’s jerking, when I’m pressing break and when accelerating. I’ve had this issue happen before we replaced the coil packs and spark plugs and it was fixed. But someone said that it read on the machine it was as a possible catalytic converter issue, but I’m not sure can you check it out. He said depending on if it has to be welded off or not then it depends on the price. Dropped car off at the shop around 7 he said he’d try to get it ready by tonight or for sure by the morning. Reached out the following morning he said he would have it ready later he had to get it welder back from someone he let borrow it. I said okay cool and ask was that the primary issue and he said he diagnose it and see. He has already replaced one catalytic converter by this time and needed more wire. This was Monday morning. Monday evening i reach out to see what’s going on, he apologizing saying he sorry it is taking so long that he waiting on his equipment and he will be done soon. Okay, no big deal but i called and txt to coming by the shop get my medicine and clinical shoes. No response, no call back. Next day(Tuesday) I hit him up again like hey what time will the car be ready he said a few hours. I said okay, well i need to grab a few things as i was coming back from school. No response back, no answer. So later on around 5pm i called no response no answer, my dude called him several times, and basically told him we coming to pick up the car because you giving us the run around and how upset i was, he continue to say okay give him a few more hours and it’ll be ready and we said no we will be there at 7. But he ended up popping up at the shop to grab my belongings and they were working on it.! Around 8 he said it’s ready and dropped it off to the house and hmu apologizing for the delay. I’m a very understanding person, but just keep me in the loop and don’t be giving me false hope too many times. He proceeds to tell my dude that i need transmission fluid and spark plugs replace and that it still maybe jerking!! That’s was my primary’s problem and the reason i even contacted him. My guy drove it around the corner he said he didn’t feel nothing. I pick my car up and it’s still doing the same thing it was doing before i gave it to him. I paid him $500 for my car to still be jerking. I am a nurse not a mechanic i explained to him what i experienced while driving my car, and what i was told what could’ve been the problem but i was unsure and left it in his hands. He made an assumption as well as the person who looked at it, & instead of actually being an experienced mechanic and actually assessing and correctly diagnosing the issue. He just started working on something he did not even know if it was the real problem. I’m having to pay someone else to come look at my car and see what was wrong with it and try to fix the issue. Instead of him making it right and trying to correct the issue he says i only did what i was told to do. I’m not a mechanic i can’t tell you about something i have no knowledge of. I can only explain to you what is going on, and what I was experiencing. I have been upset since Tuesday when i pick up my car and it’s still doing the same thing and I’m out of $500 and my problem was never fixed. As someone who specializes in any type of field you should assess the situation before even dissecting and furthermore taking some apart, without knowing what is actually going on. I think as excited at first to do business with him but after my experience I would not recommend doing any type of business with him at all.

Was referred to him. He never provided a receipt of the parts bought on my vehicle. I even mentioned I wanted to grab my own. He fixed my brakes in the dark, charged me $150 for a diagnosis when he hardly looked at my car. I told him what was going on from jump. I paid for the work of 2 vehicles. He never finished putting the door panel back on my car yet charged me for half as done work. Told me he would come back to look bc his sister was broke down which is fine but when you say $600 for parts and don’t have any proof of what was spent it becomes an issue. In all I paid this man $750 supposedly for REAR brakes and rotors and for half ass work. I truly feel scammed and he tries to argue about what bmw will and won’t work on. Very very disappointed. he played me.. I shouldn’t have ever trusted him to get my parts. I will be taking him to small claims court. You should never have to harass someone to come finish a job they started when they have almost $1000 from you. Truly disgusted, my cars will CONTINUE to go to the dealer. I WILL be suing Chase.
