My 08 F350 had a bad oil leak...took it to a few other diesel shops...got the run around...one shop had my truck for 3 weeks and didn't do anything...took my truck to Steve told him the situation and he grabbed a beach mat and said "let's check it out".... not even 5 minutes under my truck and he found the leak...called Honolulu Ford parts department (on speaker phone) to order my part...He wanted me to hear the cost of the part... so I knew he doesn't mark it up...other shops wanted 2500- 5000 and that was for them to explore/diagnosis/inspect ... Brother Steve is a humble, honest man

Last night I had a truck that had a mechanical issues in Kapolei HI and Steve drove out to where the truck was located, checked it over, did the work needed, and got it ready to roll. Super fast response time, clear communication as to what was needed, incredibly fair pricing, and one of the nicest guys you'll ever talk to on top of all that!
