Called with my house AC not working and Steve came fast to check it out, same day. Opened it up to check it out and the compressor had blown, quite literally. He then went over options, was up front, honest, gave a very reasonable prices, got the install done fast. All around great job and I'm happy with everything. Will suggest to anyone who needs the services he provides.
Steve and his crew are absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and super efficient. Cleaned as they worked. They replaced a 40 year old HVAC system for us. Will definitely be referring them to all our friends. Very professional.
Incredible customer service! Steve is easy to get on the phone, quick to respond. Steve did a service call and made recommendations for our 30 year old unit and got it back up and running on a Friday after 5pm. Unfortunately, the AC was still on its last leg. Just over a week later, the AC finally bit the dust and in less than 24 hours, we had a new unit installed. The whole team was polite and left no mess. He was very intentional when explaining the warranty and making sure we got what we needed.
My a/c was not cooling my house during the summer like it should. I contacted a friend that I trust and she highly recommended Steve's Heating & Air. I called Mr. Steve and he came on out to my house. He is very knowledgeable and was up front with me about the issues and concerns he had. He explained everything to me and was not just there to sale me an unit. I would recommend him to my friends and family. My house cools like it should now because of the new ducting system and a/c unit that was installed. I freeze at 73 degrees now!! Thank you Mr. Steven and his team!
We needed to replace our two old units so we called Steves Heating and Air. He came out right away and gave us his recommendations and before we knew it we had the two new units installed. Great customer service and very professional. The best part is that our electricity bill was cut in half each month. The units he recommended are awesome, my house is much cooler and my electricity bill is cheaper. I highly recommend Steves Heating and Air for any of your a/c or heating needs.
