Steve the Window Guy

My goodness the other reviewers that posted their horror stories are clearly all narcissists who created self-inflicted problems by doing very dumb things. The internet is so strange... My experience with Steve and his team were absolutely amazing. Scheduling the consult was easy as hell - they use a text based system to confirm appointments and they kept each appointment as confirmed. Steve's initial consult was exactly what I hope for in a contractor - he listened to my needs and wants, made a few suggestions, and never pressured me to do anything I thought was unwarranted. The spring was super rainy and the schedule got understandably backed up, which put me in a bind since I was trying to sell my house. I reached out and they did their best to accommodate me on the schedule. When the crew came to install the windows they were prompt and very clearly experts. The work done was impeccable - my photography skills don't do the windows justice. Pricing was more than reasonable, and there were no issues with permits/inspections when the work was done. If you need windows, call Steve. You will not regret it unless you're so dumb that you install sod before your install and then can't figure out why it was 'trampled.' Uffdah.
