When their installer dropped the ball, Stan and Paul’s didn’t pass the blame — they took responsibility and made it right. Lynne was incredibly professional and communicative throughout, and the team stood by me as a customer when it mattered most. They showed integrity, accountability, and real commitment to service. I’m grateful for how they handled a tough situation, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We went to Home Depot and Best Buy looking to get a refrigerator delivered both times. we were told that there was no way we could get the fridge we wanted. We then went to Stan and Paul's, and we not only found the exact fridge we wanted, it was cheaper than the big box stores. We bought the fridge, explaining the dimensions we had to work with, Paul worked with us to make sure it would fit and arranged for delivery the following Monday (we bought it on Thursday). Come delivery day, the 2 individuals from M and M movers show up to deliver. After looking at the options for entry, they asked if it would be possible to take the rail off the stairs to make installation easier. The installation went without a hitch, and the movers did such an amazing job, ensuring that there were no marks anywhere from installing the fridge. Don't waste your time with the big box stores, Stan and Paul's blows them away.

The buying experience was good, matched the Best Buy and Home Depot prices and helped when there was a snag in getting the water line attached to the fridge during delivery. However, my $3000 fridge suddenly died after just 2 YEARS! I called expecting some support but all I got was a very cocky lady telling me, hey, things just don’t last anymore, here’s an 800 number to find a repair man. A little sympathy would have gone a long way, even if you still couldn’t do squat to help me. Why would I buy something quality for $$$$$ that’s going to die in a couple of years, I might as well go to the big box stores and buy something half the price and toss that in the trash after 2 years. Very disappointed.
