The people in the office were nice and accommodating, but the workmanship on the tint was not good at all! They scratched my driver’s side window through the tint, since the window had scratches on the outside anyways (which they should’ve mentioned beforehand), I had them order/ install a new window and didn’t ask for any compensation nor did I expect it, just the tint to be redone. After many trips back and forth to get everything done right, I find the drivers window tint trimmed short, so I checked the rest to see what the workmanship looked like and find gaps and light leaks.Tint should be seamless and the window should look like it’s actually made that way, that was not the case.(see photos) I had them redo it and the installer messed up the drivers side again and it looked like the glass was scratched again, I decide to go somewhere else and take the loss on the cost of the tint, but went back and said I was gonna take a loss on the tint, but if the window is scratched I’m not gonna eat that cost too. They did reimburse me for the tint and assured me the window wasn’t scratched, just that the tint was wrinkled. I take the car to the new tint installer and he said the window looked scratched, so I took it back to ST to remove the tint to verify if the new window they installed was scratched, when they removed the tint and what I thought was scratches, was indeed wrinkles, but continued to point out numerous other scratches on the window under the tint and they told me I need to remove the panel and clean the window felt myself, which they were supposed to do before they installed the new window! So now I have a brand new scratched window! They tried to insinuate I did it or it was of my doing when I have never rolled that window down since they had worked on it numerous times over a months span and when they installed the window and tint the same day! If you value your time and money, I HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else! I also recommend that they have a 2nd verification to hold each other accountable for the work they do, the customer shouldn’t have to inspect if the work was done right! Writing bad reviews is not my thing, but in this case if I can save someone else the trouble then I guess it’s okay! If you do go there, I hope you have a better experience!
