Branson, Bobby, Luke and Logan were extremely professional. JC and Matthew helped scheduled throughout the week and on the weekend. They showed up 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time all 3 times and the communication amongst the office/field was great.
We were given Springfield's number from a plumbing company who fixed a water leak in my grandmothers home. The leak caused some damage to the subfloor. Mike with Springfield came out and gave us an estimate to dry everything out and after that told us they could give us an estimate to fix the damage.
During mitigation, Logan and Branson came out and set up fans, dehumidifier and an air scrubber. These machines were a little loud. They returned each day and checked moisture levels, this took 3 days (They deserve their lunch for this review, this review does not reflect them). On the second day, they added a smell good essential oils type thing to the air scrubber. While I appreciate the effort, it may be worth asking your customers if this is okay (I'm not sure if thats company policy for you or not.) These smells can trigger problems with some health issues. Some of these issues can be very serious, including leading to cardiac arrest.
Once mitigation was finished I was told the office would call me and set up a time for an estimate for the floor damage. This was a Friday morning. On Monday, I recieved a call from their office informing me they do not do floor repairs and gave me a number for another company. As a restoration and remodeling company, this confused me. After a few phone calls, I was informed by Mike, they could do the job but it would be 2+ months out. This was slighty frustrating since they said they would do it and insurance had already expected them to finish the work based on previous conversation and previous interactions with other customers claims. I could have had someone out here a week ago doing estimates and possibly getting repairs started already if I would have been told they could not repair the floor anytime soon. Mike saw and knew the main bathroom of the house was not useable. If I need mitigation services in the future, I may call them again, im not sure if we would call them for any actual restoration work.
Had a mishap backing the car into my garage, hit the back wall and caused serious damage to the wall and adjacent laundry room and pantry. In addition to dry wall repair and painting, we contracted for a new composite floor (at our own cost) to replace the vinyl floor in the laundry room and kitchen. The painting was extended to include the kitchen (at our own cost). My wife is especially happy that we opted for sliding doors on the pantry (as opposed to standard doors). Craig handled the insurance claim seamlessly. Both he and JC addressed my concerns and worries in a professional and courteous manner. A shout out to the work team of Jake, Jerry, Logan and Jason who made repairs to look good as new. My wife and I are very pleased with the end result of their efforts.
