I was rear ended severely on my 2020 Kia Optima on my way to an outing with some friends in Fayetteville I immediately called Springs Auto Clinic to have my car towed back to Goldsboro to Spriggs Auto Clinic for collision repair the tow driver was very prompt on his arrival & extremely kind & concerned for my friends & I the tow driver was very gentle & careful with my loading my car! When i got back in town i came by the repair facility to speak with Mr. Spriggs about next steps he literally explained the entire process from A-Z & everything went just as he explained & when i received my car back it totally looked brand spanking new you could never tell it was wrecked his body expert & paint man are top notch & I highly recommend bringing your car to the car doctor for all your collision repairs needs Mr Spriggs & his team are truly the collision experts Thank you all!
The communication, customer service, and quality of work was all top tier! This was the first encounter I've ever had auto related where I didn't feel like I was being either over-charged or scammed as a female trying to get my car fixed. The owner went above and beyond to not only get my car repaired at a fair price, but also same-day return. The only downside to it all was that due to haste, I wasn't able to receive the complimentary detail, but even still, I can't complain. I would definitely utilize this company again. I highly recommend!
