SPR

I had a broken screen and the guy told me $199 to have it replaced but he did not have the correct screen in stock and he would have to order it. He was nice enough to put a non oem/non-Samsung screen on the phone until the correct one came in. I waited a little over a week and came back in and he said he did not have it but could order it. He was already supposed to have done this, he even said it wouldn't take more than 3 or 4 days to come in originally. I asked why it was not ordered and he said it was but it was not here yet over a week later. He then tried to tell me that it was just the camera he was talking about and not the screen even though he put a non edge screen on an edged Samsung phone. After this conversation he said he could order and replace it with a premium screen for over $700 but this would not be a Samsung screen. I told him i could have the front and back replaced with Samsung parts right down the road for less than $500. He didn't believe me and asked me to call them on speaker in front of them to confirm. They confirmed it would be roughly $450 to replace the front and back screens with Samsung parts. I asked him if he would do anything to fix the situation but he said he wouldn't. Im now out $200+tax and the screen is not the correct edged screen and has a blurry front facing camera. Do not buy products from this store unless you dont care about have the correct parts on a $1000+ dollar phone.
