Spartan Irrigation

Would not recommend this company. All interactions have been negative. When we moved into our house we contacted them to get a quote to get irrigation installed and they couldn’t be bothered to ever come out and give us a quote after they set a date to come and look at our property. No call, no show, no attempt to reschedule. Fast forward to today and why Ive decided to leave a one star review, a neighbor had Spartan Irrigation out to blow out their irrigation and said it was fine, so I contacted them to get our system winterized. The tech that came out was obnoxious when I suggested that Spartan Irrigation could set something up with our HOA to do all the houses at the same time. He wouldn’t accept payment at time of service and he told me they would bill me. Fast forward again, no invoice shows up and admittedly I forgot to chase them down to pay them. First bill I receive is a late notice with a late fee being assessed. Again I take responsibility for not remembering to call them who I dint get a bill, but the bigger issue is if this is how this company operates I would stay away, I will be and would encourage you as well.

Dakota did an outstanding job both at my house and at my brother’s house. He went above and beyond a standard fall shutdown process. He pointed out issues that will need to be addressed during springtime system maintenance so we can plan in advance to keep both systems operating properly. Both my brother and I really appreciate Dakota’s friendly personality and desire to provide great customer service satisfaction. He deserves a double 5-star rating!
