These guys did a great job performing an annual maintenance on our Generac 18KW Backup System. Prompt, clean and efficient. Evem though I observed the process we may have them do our annual maintenance every year. General operational checks, plus oil and filters changed, all in about an hour. No fuss, no muss!
Joe is very friendly and was very patient in explaining and in answering all of my questions. He is obviously very knowledgeable and was willing to offer straightforward suggestions for me. I would definitely hire Joe again and recommend him to others. 😌
Joseph arrived an hour earlier than scheduled after checking with me to make sure it was okay. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, offering helpful recommendations along the way. He completed my Level 2 Autel charger installation in under two hours. It was a straightforward job since the charger was being hard‑wired right next to the electrical panel, and he handled it perfectly. Overall, a great experience. I’d definitely recommend them and would use them again. The only thing I wish is that they had explained the permit would be an additional cost, as I initially thought it was included in the quote. Other than that, an A+ experience.
