I went there to get a tire tube replaced and the people there were very helpful. They noticed some things on my bike that could be improved for a safer ride. Once they explained the problems they gave me the option to get it fixed for a fair price or leave the bike as is. They were not pushy about their service. They even fixed some stuff free of charge and explained everything they were doing and why. I will definitely go back for any maintenance on my bike. Who knows I might even buy one of the cool bicycles I seen while I was in the store when I get more money.

I stopped in here after a mechanical issue on my tour. The owner was in. He's incredibly kind, fun to talk with and helpful. He got my bike squared away and even noticed an issue with the bike fit. The adjustment he made to my bike made the last chunk of my journey home noticably more comfortable. Great place that I would highly recommend. Thanks again!

I absolutely love Southwind Bike Shop and my newest EBike with fat tires the Aventon!!! Ben and all of his staff are the best!!! Every girl turning 63 should buy their own birthday present!!! 🎂
