The sales team was super friendly, and the price for our flooring installation was very reasonable, that’s honestly what made us go with them. But once the work was done, we were really disappointed with how everything was left. The floors have scratches, they're uneven in spots, and they make noise when we walk on them. We were told up front that they don’t paint or caulk, which was fine, but they went way beyond that. Our walls were left with dents, scratches, and even stains. Our crown molding was pulled out of the wall, and the shoe molding they installed was cracked and poorly done. When I called to bring this up, I got the runaround, just the same response about not painting or caulking. They said someone would come out to fix the floor scratches, but it's been over a week and no one has reached out. Their website says they’re committed to 100% customer satisfaction, but that hasn’t been our experience at all. They were quick to take payment, but once the check cleared, it felt like we were ghosted. I really hoped for better.
