I'm glad I called this company about getting my old bathtub replaced in a home I recently purchased. My experience was great from beginning to end! Bita was great very knowledgeable in renovations, so she was able to answer all my questions about product selection, pricing, etc. She worked on getting the quote to me, and the price was very reasonable and competitive compared to many of the other renovation & plumbing companies in the Triad! This is my second experience with Southern Triad Home Repair and it was as great as the first one. This Company is a joy to work with. A light was replaced, a fan installed, and a door fixed. Now I am looking into having a back porch installed. They are willing to do the work a little at a time and the price is very reasonable. The owner takes great pride in doing a good job and making sure he communicates with you. I will definitely be using them again. Brenda L
