The service from the owner, John, and his staff was top notch. We woke up to our old hot water heater no longer working and they had it replaced within 24 hours, where other companies said it would take atleast a few days. They were all very polite, quick, and informative…despite some weather conditions that had everyone closing and running behind. We will definitely be calling Southern Iowa Plumbing first from now on.

Hired them to check/clean drain. Had hard time locating line.One guy came, couldn't run backhoe. Finally 2 more people came found end pipe.All left, supposed come back and finish. No one came back Charged more than quoted came.Been month no response

My mother's sewer was backed up and they came the same day on a federal holiday. They had the line cleared of tree roots quickly. Will definitely use them again.

Called them out to look at my house, said he would get back the following day with a quote. Never heard anything so tried calling, took a week to get a hold of them. Once I finally got a hold of them, told me he still didn’t figure it out but would get back to me promptly. Waited another week and still nothing. Finally decided to just get someone else, set my project back 2 weeks due to the screwing around. Might send him an invoice for wasting my time lol

Called John on a Sunday afternoon with sewer lines backed up he said Monday morning he would be there. Dawson came and told me he got the sewer line cleaned out and talked with me about tree root killer and how to use it! Very professional and on time!
