A huge THANK YOU to Chris and his crew. I called Chris on Monday and he was able to save me a ton of money. On Thursday his crew did a fantastic job installing two new units. They quickly put an end to a two month ordeal with another company that ended with both units being shut down. It is wonderful to have heat again. So thankful God led me to you. Heater stopped working, our usual guys couldn’t come out to diagnose for a few weeks. My manager recommended I give South Valley a call. Aaron came out that same day and found the problem. After I was quoted the cost for repairs, I explained I was in a pinch and the owner accommodated me with a payment structure. Aaron cams back out with the needed parts and handled the repair in less than an hour. Absolutely an amazing and outstanding experience. The customer service, the labor time, the communication, the price, made this first experience with South Valley guaranteed I will be calling for my future A/C needs. Props to Aaron.
