This company has been contracted by our HOA for a while now. At first they were great and then quickly started letting things slip. Ive continuously had to beg for them to maintain the wood line (which is currently unmaintained about 2-3ft into my living space) and to stay on top of the weeds. Our contract states that they are to maintain all bushes and trees under 6ft and they have not once touched the bushes in my yard. The contract also states that they are supposed to be spraying for weeds as needed (which as you can see from the photos has been desperately needed for a while). Contract states that they are supposed to be removing debris... This company has been contracted by our HOA for a while now. At first they were great and then quickly started letting things slip. The contract also states that they are supposed to be spraying for weeds as needed (which as you can see from the photos has been desperately needed for a while). Contract states that they are supposed to be removing debris from the property which also does not happen. They dont pick up the twigs and branches that fall off the trees and typically won't mow or weed within a fee feet of the trees (causing a build up of vines and weeds at the bases). Leaves are also blown into the corners along the houses creating a perfect space for mold, bugs and snakes to live. I'd spoken to the HOA several times to have it handled to no avail. At one point I reached out to the company and spoke with who I was told was the owner (Will) who handled these things one single time. When he was informed of the neglect on other occasions, my texts went unanswered. Last week, he even responded asking who it was and then ignored me when I told him who I was and then we got a threatening email from the HOA about not reaching out to vendors ourselves and the issues were never handled. I had even called the company line prior and left a message and never received a call back. Funny how they're perfectly happy taking our money but refuse to be held accountable or hold up their end of their contract.....
