Sonitrol of WNY

I am beyond frustrated with this company. We have been trying to get the final security system installed for three months on a small/medium house. They are consistently not showing up to appointments and making job scope mistakes that push our little 1800 sqft building out another week from completion. No one in the company seems to have a line of communication to other team members who can help me. We cannot get our C of O and cannot move in. we have been waiting for a month to move into our new house. I am constantly told that my work order is being held up by another department and all they can do is send them a "teams" message and ask them to move it along. Beyond frustrating, I would not recommend it.
