SoCal Steam Clean was there for me when I got scammed by another company. I hired what I thought was a local small business in my neighborhood that had good (fake) reviews on Google, and ignored all red flags when the worker arrived yesterday and charged me hundreds of dollars more than I was quoted over the phone to do little more than wet my carpet with perfume water for the two bedrooms and area rug I requested. Carpet cleaning scams are real and I found that out through this experience. I was bummed. I went looking for a reputable company to come do the job correctly asap. I watched a news segment online through a tab on SoCal Steam Clean's website about these scams, and after reading through their site and some of their *more than 1000* 5 star reviews on Google, I submitted an appointment request on their website. Christine emailed me within a half our of my submission at 6pm and called me this morning to answer my questions get me scheduled. I gave her my preferred appt time and she was able to accommodate me exactly. What a breath of fresh air and night and day difference this company is to the one I started with. The technician George arrived promptly and talked with me about my concerns. He clearly and calmly explained the entire process. He took his time and removed all the stains I had pointed out as well as the hidden pet stains he revealed with a black light. Their pricing is transparent and well worth it. Their communication is outstanding. I'm 100% satisfied with the results. If you're looking to hire a company that is professional and has integrity, and does what they say they'll do, this is it.
