Excellent...we called them on a Friday but at the time they didn't have a tech available so I moved on to another company. Sarah called me back about an hour later and asked if we still needed someone. Boy do I wish I had accepted. Another company came in charged us $125 to take two pictures and they touched nothing, no diagnosis, no questions, no quick look. He left telling us the office would be in touch for an appointment. This was at 4p on a Friday night leaving us with no heat. In the meantime my husband tried a few things and it seemed like it was fixed until the following Thursday morning. We never heard from the other company for an appointment so I called Sarah back. She had a tech out a few hours later. He went through our furnace and realized it was an electrical issue and immediately gave us a name for an electrician. Sarah also called me to share the same information. The electrician they suggested came same day and we had heat before he left. We will definitely be using Smith for all our furnace needs and maintenance.
