Zach was our main contact from start to finish and my husband and I were impressed with his regular touch points to keep us informed about what to expect ahead of time, what they discovered during the roof replacement, and what to expect after project completion. Mike Gray and the whole crew at Smith Builders took a half done project from another contractor and did an amazing job to re-side our house and wrap the windows! Kudos for a job well done! I have gotten many compliments from people about the house since they completed the job.
Michael Gray was fantastic to work with. He really istened to what I needed, gave ideas and provided a detailed list of all work to be done with exact prices. There were several other repairs and updates that I requested which were done exactly as promised. Mike was always available to answer any questions that I had. I had See before and after pictures. The work was completed on time, and the crew showed up every weekday until it was done. They cleaned up thoroughly each night. I'm very happy with the entire experience and would definitely call Mike and Smith Builders again for any future projects.
