I cannot say enough good things about Smart Phone City and especially Donnie! He is always beyond helpful and truly goes above and beyond every time I come in. I’ve been getting my phones repaired here for years because the service is consistently reliable, the pricing is great, and everyone who works here is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about their customers. On my last visit, Donnie even gave my little one a small flip phone they had, which absolutely made my little one’s day. It’s thoughtful gestures like that and the consistent quality of work that keeps me coming back. If you need your phone fixed, Smart Phone City is the place to go. Donnie and the entire team are the best!

I went in to get help with my phone not being able to charge and it just needed a little cleaning in the charging port. He didn’t hesitate to help me was very kind. He didn’t charge me for it which is uncommon these days. I definitely recommend them for service.

Dylan was AWESOME!!!! My phone quit charging and I panic. He looked at it and cleaned the charging port out, explained what happened and refused to take a dime from me. Excellent customer service. Also checked out their prices while I was in there and they are very reasonable. Will definitely come back when I need a new phone.
