Smart Solutions Wildlife Removal

Called for someone to inspect our home for wildlife intrusion. Paid $289 that same day for the inspection/estimate. Salesman came out a few days later (Friday) and gave me an estimate for $1150. I asked him to call me the following week and I’d let him know if I wanted the work completed. Later that same day, I noticed the entire $1150 was charged to my credit card. I reached out to the salesman and he said to call the office the following Monday. The website showed Saturday hours beginning at 8am. I called and left a detailed voice mail. I didn’t hear from anyone Monday morning so I called again. Could not reach a live person. As of this writing I have not heard back from the salesman or the company. UPDATE: They reversed the charges this morning.

We switched from Northwest Exterminating to Smart Solutions Wildlife after Northwest repeatedly failed to properly inspect and identify a squirrel issue in our home. Even though I was already a NW customer, they barely looked at our roof and attic and missed the problem multiple times. Smart Solutions came in and immediately did a far more thorough inspection, clearly identifying the squirrel entry points that Northwest had overlooked. We then moved our general pest control to Smart Solutions because of their strong reputation for wildlife work, and they completely lived up to it. They took the time to investigate the roof and attic, explained exactly what they found, and correctly remediated the issue. Jay, the owner, clearly takes great pride in his work and in making sure customers are happy. Ryan is an incredible technician — knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and professional. If you want a company that actually takes the time to find and fix wildlife problems instead of glossing over them, Smart Solutions Wildlife is the company to call. Highly recommend.
