Dave was great, we just bought our first house and have been having some septic issues. He was very informative on everything that needed to be done and went above and beyond to help us in every way possible. It really makes a difference when someone takes the time to explain the issue instead of just trying to take your money. Smart septic is the only place I will Be recommending in the future.
David was great. Shared and showed detailed knowledge of the septic system. Communicated extremely well. Was courteous and genuine with a great sense of humor. We felt very confident in the terrific service and advice we received.. We will certainly be using Smart Septic again in the future and highly recommend them.
