My 2021 9th Gen 64GB ipad went unused for 4 years after purchasing it after my son dropped it and broke the screen. I found it on a shelf and decided to give the forgotten thing a chance. Smart Repair replaced the screen in about 5 hours. The young man working was very pleasant and nice to deal with but was obviously running the show completely by himself so don't be surprised if you have to wait several seconds before your urgent needs are met:). It is good to do business with some folks that still act like they value giving good old school customer service. Recommended.

My IPad was diagnosed and repaired here and I like the way I was updated about it. I never got the technician’s name but he wears glasses and he was everything he gave me the best experience at this location and I will definitely go back. My IPad was sent to another location first and I was disappointed with the way my IPad was given back to me , but Smart Repair literally gave me hope because I thought I was going to have to buy an entire new one. I went in there with no screen and a messed up Microphone and Thermal sensor and picked it up with everything back working 😮‍💨🔥🔥🔥🔥

I recently had my iPhone 11 screen repaired at Smart Repair, and the experience was great. The booking process was easy, and I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. When I arrived, the staff was friendly and professional, explaining the repair process and timeline. The screen was fixed in about 20 minutes , and it looks as good as new!
