I had someone send me a motherboard that had Bitlocket on it and messed up my build. After a week of trying to figure it out for myself(I have been building custom computers since 2000 as a hobby) I took it to Sean Cooper and in a matter of a week I found out that they shipped me a bad motherboard and that my hard drives became encrypted. Sean took the time to get everything back to the systems original operating capability. He could have easily charged me hundreds of dollars but only charged me 80 bucks. He did a excellent job will be taking my computer maintenance and needs to Shawn from now on and recommend anyone who is having problems with your custom builds do the same.

I appreciate the effort your tech put in trying to repairing my computer but after trying to use it again it is about the same as it was. The search bar works very little bit better but nothing like when I purchased 6-7 mos.ago.Some of the excuses that were given I don’t agree with when my other electronics work fine.I having to use my ipad because outlook won’t work on my computer to send a message.I have purchased at least 3 computers from smart choice but sad to say this will be my last. Disappointed customer.
