Slater Floors

Slater Floors remodeled our kitchen and master bath, and we could not be more pleased. From start to finish their crews were professional, on time, tidy, and just a pleasure to work with. When we came across something unexpected, they were quick to come up with solutions, and the quality of their work is outstanding. Due to winter weather, there were a couple days they weren't able to work - but amazingly they completed our project within the schedule they provided. The tile installer that did our shower is truly an artisan. And the painting crew took walls that were totally not square and somehow made it all look perfect. Just Wow for the entire experience!!!

Slater Floors and More recently completed a total remodel of our kitchen. This included removing a wall, adding a support beam, "patching" our hardwood floor, moving a door and heating ducts, etc. We are thoroughly pleased and thrilled with the finished space. There were a few blips in the process (as to be expected) but Richard and Christy handled them professionally and to our satisfaction. Every crew was polite, on time, and a craftsman in their trade. Communication with Elijah (office) and Christy was prompt and professional. Our dysfunctional kitchen is now beautifully renovated. I actually miss having them around Thank you Richard and all your crews!

I would not have written a bad review if Richard Slater had called me as I requested. I had a major problem with the installer using my powder room without permission for almost 8 minutes. I was appalled. When he emerged, and I registered my complaint, he was arrogant. He then refused to complete the install. After their boss came to straighten things out, the install was completed. However, they left installation papers scattered over my yard. In all my 80 years, I have never had a worker use my powder room for 8 minutes..especially without asking permission. I didnt know if he were dead or alive. Mr. Slater: your response was very unprofessional. I have no idea what you mean by having a list of people who I cannot work with. That statement is total fantasy. Where in the world would you or your manager get that idea? I dont know her or anyone who knows her. I was threatening to call the police because your installer was refusing to complete the installation, and he was being so rude that I felt threatened. Do not worry. I will never call your business again.
