I had a great experience working with Orlando on my roofing project. From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Orlando did an excellent job coordinating directly with my insurance company, which took a huge amount of stress off my plate and kept the process moving smoothly. What really stood out was his attention to detail. Orlando personally handled all of the finishing touches on my skylights, and they turned out fantastic. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about the final result. I’m very happy with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend Orlando to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable roofer who goes the extra mile.

I had three separate representatives come out to investigate a leak in my rooftop deck. None of them could identify the source, but they did find several maintenance issues, including missing caulk. We explicitly agreed that they would send an estimate to fix these specific defects, with both sides fully acknowledging that this work might not stop the active leak. Despite this clear understanding, they ghosted me. After I chased them multiple times for the quote, they finally sent an email refusing the job, claiming it was because the repairs 'might not solve the problem.' This is a dishonest cop-out. They clearly decided the job was too small and twisted the narrative to back out. I cannot recommend a company that operates with this lack of integrity.
