K&C turned an old and ugly bathroom into a beauty. The craftmanship, quality of work and attention to detail was exceptional. Karla and Carlos are easy to talk to regarding change order, etc. They are very prompt from pricing to starting the project. The only minor hiccup is a minor delay in completing the project on the last day, as promised and leaving the place as clean as before. I would not hesitate recommending them for your next project.

My mother and two brothers had used S&K and were very satisfied with the finished product, therefore when our roof needed replacing I knew where to go. The sales rep (Josh) was very thorough and explained all our option for roofing material and life expectancy, as well as options for gutter guards and deflectors for troubled water flow areas. We also had a couple of bathroom vents that were not connected to any exhaust stack on the roof and were able add that to the project. My wife and I expected a start date about 3 weeks out and were pleasantly surprised when we got a call a few days later and were able to start in a week. The existing roof had two layers of shingles requiring removal along with replacing a few sheets of plywood to replace damaged areas. The entire roof (with two roof sections and a couple of gabbles) was mostly completed in one day and just couple of hours the next day for some small finishes and cleanup. They did a great job adding the exhaust vents and flanging around the chimney. They did need to come back another day to put the gutter guards on which only took an hour to complete. They were VERY thorough with cleanup and meticulously went over the lawn and flowerbeds with a magnetic strip getting all small metal parts and nails. While I did not get any other estimates, after talking with friends who had their roof replaced, we felt like S&K gave us a very fair price and we are extremely happy with the finished product. I'd certainly recommend them to others needing a roof replacement and gutter work.
