Sir Grout Chicago

I hired Sir Grout to re-grout my walk-in shower. I had never heard of them before, but I was impressed by all the positive reviews online, so I decided to call them. My experience with them could not have been better!! They were responsive to my initial inquiry, scheduled an estimate quickly (giving me the choice of a in-home visit or online video appointment), scheduled the work quickly, were flexible when I needed to reschedule the appointment, and the technician who did the work was great -- very nice, very neat, very knowledgeable, and beautiful end-product. While I did not shop around the quote they gave me to see if I could do better elsewhere, I thought the quote was fair for the scope of work, and I was sold on the quality of the company based on my initial interactions with them. In the end, truly one of the all-time best experiences I've ever had with a home repair contractor!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Sir Grout did a wonderful job cleaning, recoloring and sealing my bathroom and mud room/laundry floors. The results were better than I had thought they would be and I would highly recommend them for the grout recoloring - I didn't even know this was a thing until I found them! My only issue, and the reason for the four stars, is that I still had to clean after they were done, specifically my primary bathroom floor. There was a thin layer of gritty material left on the tile. Overall though, I would still highly recommend!
