excellent service. He was prompt and actually was able to come earlier and called ahead to let us know. He definitely knows TV's and was able to replace the burnt out part because he called the day before to ask the brand and made sure he would have parts for it as it was an older model. Could not be happier and will use hin again and recommend to our friends. Great small business!
Luis is great to work with! Mobile TV diagnosis and repair in the palm beach area. My TV was damaged due to a power surge, so Luis was able to repair the TV and is familiar with the documentation that FPL requires to submit a claim for those enrolled in a surge protection program.
100% recommend. I bought a Samsung Q9 series TV around 2018, which was very expensive at the time, but just recently the top half had grown dim and was very hard to see in dark scenes. I was unhappy about the prospect of paying $1000's of dollars again for a new TV when I felt that my Q9 was still very good. After doing some homework online to understand the possible backlighting issues, I felt this was something that could be repaired. I searched reviews from local companies and after reading the SilverEtechs reviews, I decided it was worth the paying the upfront consultation fee to use them. After meeting Luis, it was totally worth it. Luis diagnosed the issue, opened up the TV (properly might I add), and recommended a new board due to voltage issues in the one that controlled the backlighting on the upper half of my Q9. Within the span of 1 week, due to no shipping during the weekend, we had a new board installed and the TV back up and running like new with no dim or dark area at the top. Luis charged me for the part and labor, and I felt that his fee was very reasonable. The overall cost was much less than the cost of a new TV, so I am very happy. Thanks Luis!
