From the get go this company was excellent. Very easy to schedule online and very quick at getting back to me when I had a question for them. On the day of the appointment I received a text they were on the way, they arrived within the appointment window, and went right to work. Joe, the technician, was very professional and polite. We followed social distancing guidelines when we interacted and he gave me some very good tips about my septic system. Everything was cleaned up and left as is he was never here. Could not recommend them strongly enough.

Just bought our first home a month ago and wanted to get the septic pumped since we knew it had been AT LEAST 5 years since it was last pumped. I had no information on the tank but I had it dug up when I called R&L. They were so knowledgeable and kind, I knew immediately I wanted to work with this company. The gentleman that pumped our tank was patient with me while I asked every question I could think of about my septic and drain field. He was very knowledgeable in answering my questions and put me at ease! This company has incredible customer service and an excellent crew to help you! Their prices are competitive, but better than that, they actually care about their customers. One experience with this company and I am a customer for life! I highly recommend this company!!
