My 2013 Ford Explorer was shifting hard in the lower gears. A test drive fluid change and additive cleared the problem with no other issues. The repair cost $50 LESS than other area shops and the staff was fantastic accurate and informative ! I highly recommend Shift Works!

No mystery as to why these guys have the stellar reviews they carry. Besides being 1/3 the price i was quoted else where, their work is top notch. I have 2008 Ford Explorer and the transmission went out after 200K miles. I was quoted $8k to have it replaced with rebuilt transmission. Shift Works did it for $2800. When i walk in the door to pick up the manager comes back and asked if i could give them a minute to make some adjustments. He explained that although complete, the shifting was not to the standard he expected. It came back in a few minutes and gave me my keys. No hidden fees, no add on, no BS. ITs like having a new vehicle. Great Job Shift works, You stand out and should be recognized for it.
The gentleman I spoke with on the phone knew exactly what need to be done to fix my transmission. He was professional in his approach to what need to be done. He explained what they were going to do and told me how much I was going to pay once they were done.
