Jessica and Frances are such great office ladies. They answered the phone in the middle of the night when I needed my house dried out, they were super accommodating and help make the process super smooth for me. I would highly recommend the Servpro of west central Tempe.
Austin and Josh are both very professional and punctual . Explained everything involved in demo and cleaning process. They are both very well organized, tidy and trustworthy. Such a pleasure to have had their help with the project. Thank you so much!
Israel Carreon was our fabulous lead technician. He and David Ortega, crew member, were very efficient and Israel’s patience and communication skills were excellent. They and Marcello, Vladi and Jerry were respectful of our property and helped us deal with the disruption to our routine by taking care of anything that needed to be moved or staged. Our home was left clean at the end of each visit.
Great team that explained the process and kept me informed all through the time. Brandon and Sean did a good job and let me know of smaller issues that they took care of immediately. Clean up was quick and thorough when their portion of the job was completed. Highly recommend this company and if ever needed I will call them back
This is the second time I have worked with ServPro (unfortunately) and they have been great to work with both times. They show up when they say they will. They are respectful of the property, responsive, and do a great job. Austin and Logan are both extremely professional and helpful. I highly recommend!!
