SERVPRO of Valdosta

This morning, we woke up to a burst pipe, with water pouring through the ceiling in our laundry room. With temperatures dropping into the high 20s overnight, I had left the water dripping, but it still wasn’t enough. I made a call to Servpro. Within minutes, help was already on the way. My neighbors responded; Roto-Rooter capped the pipe, and Patrick Pridemore, Servpro General Manager, was quick to step in and reassure me that Servpro would handle everything properly. Our home flooded on June 26 in the a.m. I contacted Servpro they were excellent the supervisor that came out was friendly and professional. Later that day Bailey came and he was excellent explaining what would take place. The entire team that came and served were superb please know each one worked well.
