- Rico, responded immediately and stayed late to when the project first started. He was pleasant to deal with and courteous to me and my family. - Benjamin always kept us up to date with any change’s or new information. He took extra time to explain all aspects of the project whenever needed. Extremely polite and helpful throughout the entirety of the project. - Tim was very professional and knowledgeable and was always willing to dedicate whatever time or resources needed to make me and my family comfortable. He followed up regularly with me and his staff; he also made sure me and my family were always aware of relevant times and dates as well as when to expect his staff showing up. Courteous, polite, and helpful. - Ralph checked in with me personally on several occasions to make sure I had what I needed or that we were being taken care of.

I have a brother who owns a SERVPRO, and several family friends who own franchises in Seattle. I Called the location that SERVES Jackson Hole and was not only satisfied, but impressed with the quickness of response, and the way in which James, the PM that came out, guided me in the process. Within 30 minutes of looking into the water issue, we found the problem and decided on a plan of action. As a representative of the people I work for, I deal with many trades and contractors. James was professional, kind, and I had no inclination that he was trying to sell me on a service or treatment. The cost of his service was fair, quick, and I could not be more happier.
