SERVPRO of Davenport / Bettendorf

I used ServPro in July for water clean up after a leak in my bathroom. The initial assessment with Dave was great. After that, things went downhill. It was poor communication trying to schedule. I called and emailed multiple times before I was able to schedule. The project manager never spoke with my Home Owners insurance which delayed the claim. The best thing from this experience was Tyrese and Bob. They were informative and personable. After the water clean up, I planned to use ServPro for reconstruction. However, it was difficult to schedule. Once they came out for a reconstruction assessment, it took 3 weeks to receive the estimate. I had 3 other companies come out for an assessment and the latest I received an estimate back was 48 hours. Ultimately, I went with one of those companies.

I would like to say, the 3 gentleman, Dillon, Tyler, and Robert, that came to clean our Heating/Air Ducts, here, in Davenport IA, were really Nice & Professional! They did a great job! Thank you again ServePro ! You all did our basement , a few years ago, when we had water in our basement after a heavy rain storm that passed through the area and was pleased with your service then, as well. Please keep up the Professional & Great Customer Service! Appreciated!
