The team at Servpro is a class act - fast response, thorough job, and very reasonable. Austin and Nathan did a fantastic job with the work, explained the job they were going to do and provided recommendations to assure that it wouldn't return. I appreciated that Phil followed up to assure I was satisfied with the service. Lisa at the office was spectacular, she was so helpful and kind on the phone. Devery, Austin, and Nathan did a great job on our house. Austin and Nathan set right to work cleaning our air ducts and they even replaced our vent covers with new ones my wife had bought at Lowe's. We have two air units at our house so it was a big job and they did a great job cleaning the air vents in the basement. Austin showed us the before and after pictures of each duct and they were spotless after Austin and Nathan cleaned them. A great job and some of those ducts had been caked in dirt and I couldn't believe the difference. They even checked up in our attic to make sure none of the duct tubing had holes in it, so luckily we don't need to have any replaced. Devery came by our house about a week prior and he did mold testing as we wanted to make sure our house was within safe levels for mold and luckily, the tests showed that all were at normal levels and our house has zero black mold, so good news. I've heard with a house that's 20 years old or older that every two years it's good to have your home inspected and it's a good idea to have a pro like Devery check it out for mold to ease your peace of mind. Servpro also has many different ways of doing mold removal if they find anything, but I'm really glad they didn't. I had them check because we had a new roof put on last year, so I just wanted to make sure there were no signs black mold spores or possible leaks that have gone undetected. Also, their prices were really good. My wife and I had previous estimates for air duct cleaning where folks were charging quite a bit and Servpro came in at about $200 cheaper than the others. Servpro is a chain, but the folks in Cookeville Servpro don't act like it, they're down to earth and act just like any small town business, they're easy to deal with and Devery is a fellow Army vet, so you can trust him and his folks to do the job right.
