Devery, Austin, and Nathan did a great job on our house. Austin and Nathan set right to work cleaning our air ducts and they even replaced our vent covers with new ones my wife had bought at Lowe's. We have two air units at our house so it was a big job and they did a great job cleaning the air vents in the basement. Austin showed us the before and after pictures of each duct and they were spotless after Austin and Nathan cleaned them. A great job and some of those ducts had been caked in dirt and I couldn't believe the difference. The team at Servpro is a class act - fast response, thorough job, and very reasonable. Austin and Nathan did a fantastic job with the work, explained the job they were going to do and provided recommendations to assure that it wouldn't return. We had a water leak in our house in July. Servpro handled the mitigation (drying out) of the flooring and carpet, removal of vanities, and other demo that was needed. We also used them for the repair work as well. The repair work was done in September 2025. David and Stan did most of the repair work. They were very professional and did a great job. There were a couple of days where Devin and Charlie also came in and helped finish up. They were also great. All the work done was great and was done in a very timely and professional manner.

We've used ServPro of Cookeville a couple of times now and have been nothing but impressed with the service. This time, Phil, Austin, and Nathan did a fantastic job mitigating and cleaning the affected areas, while keeping us informed of what they were doing and next steps, as well as answering any questions or concerns we had. Servpro did such a good job with our recent water damage repair. They made everything as painless as possible and did some outstanding work. Charlie and Devin were top tier and really went above and beyond with our new flooring. They have an awesome team over there and I highly recommend them for any mitigation and repair work you need done.
