If I could give more than 5 stars for our servpro team I would. After experiencing a fire on 5/19, we weren't thrilled with the idea of having strangers in our home touching, cleaning, and going through everything we owned. I hired them to do a full lower level flood restoration and they were very professional and the outcome was absolutely perfect for my contractors to move fwd with for a complete renovation of the space. I highly recommend them!

I chose Serv Pro for their reputation but mostly for the appraiser, Samantha. She was pleasant and helpful every step of the way. She understood that as an older person I needed guidance. All the workers were pleasant. They introduced themselves and let me know when they were leaving or returning. I'd recommend Serv Pro to anyone.
